Ramesh Swaminathan is the Executive Director, Global CFO and Head of IT and API Plus SBU, at Lupin. A Lord Chevening scholar, Swaminathan is also a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (UK), Chartered Accountant (India), Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant with more than 30 years of industry experience, of which 13 years have been with Lupin.
He has also worked with other reputed organisations including VST Industries, SPIC Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Henkel and L&T.
Ramesh holds a management degree from INSEAD, France. He has won several accolades, including the Best CFO by Finance Asia, Best CFO in the pharmaceutical sector by CNBC-TV18, and Business Today India’s Best CFO for best leverage management – large Indian companies.
Member of the Risk Management Committee and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee.
