Amlodipine Besylate Tablets USP 2.5mg and 5mg will be changing NDC’s effective the
dates below:

• 2.5mg – Effective from April 11, 2024
• 5mg – Effective around end-June/July 2024

Impact of change: Tablet size and weight reduction of 2.5mg and 5mg tablet as outlined
below. This change has been approved by the FDA. There is no change to the following:
tablet color, ingredients, and excipients. This product should be considered genuine and
this change will not affect efficacy or safety of the product. The amount of
active ingredient has not changed; thus, no change in effect is anticipated.
