Domain Strengths
Our R&D is grounded in a range of domain strengths, including Route Scouting, Process Development , Analytical Development and Biocatalysis. We focus on impurity isolation, characterization and its synthesis ensuring that our products meet the strictest regulatory standards. With a dynamic team of regulatory sciences experts, we ensure that our pharmaceuticals comply with global guidelines and are developed to the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Strong R&D Expertise
Our R&D team comprises of over 200 scientists in India (19 PhD holders),complemented by regulatory experts in the US and Europe. Our end-to-end product development capabilities are driven by QBD (Quality by Design) and the first principles of science, allowing us to efficiently manage process development, analytical characterization, and qualification. Using PAT (Process Analytical Technology), we conduct comparability and analytical assessments with orthogonal and sensitive techniques. Our R&D focuses on seamless technology transfer, scale-up/ scale-down processes, and appropriate Process Safety studies, with a strict emphasis on IP protection and high quality regulatory filings.


Capabilities
Our R&D capabilities extend across process chemistry research, biotransformation research, macrocycles, and complex chiral molecules. Apart from the regular small molecule chemical synthesis, we specialize in semi synthetics, peptides and colloids, and have advanced expertise in Flow Chemistry and synthesis of High-potent molecules. With comprehensive purification and isolation platforms, we can handle sensitive macrocycles. We also have lab dedicated for particle engineering, wherein crystallization studies are conducted to understand the physical attributes of the API. We tailor APIs for a variety of dosage forms, including oral, injectable, and inhalation therapies.

Our R&D infrastructure is equipped with advanced tools, including automated reactors, CEM Peptide Synthesizers, and supercritical fluid chromatography. Our lab and kilo-scale platforms allow for continuous innovation and refinement of our R&D processes, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of pharmaceutical development.
