Lupin has been on an accelerated growth path and has scaled higher orbits in an increasingly competitive and environment globally. Even in the most challenging situations, we have firmly believed in following the path of ethics, values, governance and enhanced social values. As a testament to our strong governance practices and ethical conduct of business, we have also formalized Lupin's Code of Conduct and Workplace Ethics (referred to as The Code) for all employees globally. The Code sets out the fundamental standards to be followed by employees in their everyday actions in the company and when you act on behalf of the Company.
In addition, Lupin also has a formal policy on the Prevention of Workplace Harassment, designed with a view to promote a workplace that harnesses, productivity, efficiency and promotes a stress-free environment. These policies would also provide avenues for employees to speak out about incongruous situations and give them confidence that workplace harassment or unethical practices will be dealt in the strictest possible manner.
